Great Podcast for Writers
I have really enjoyed this podcast. It is packed with great tips, advice, and inspiration for writers. Some days it was exactly what I needed to hear and I can’t recommend it enough.

Glad he’s back!
I really enjoyed the previous podcast and this reboot is great. I feel like the 10 rules for life were practically written for me! Especially the first few. Keep up the great work!

Mind Changing
2021: I’m so glad that Ryan has returned!!! You’ve been missed, Ryan!!! His interview style is great and I’m looking forward to hearing from the creative minds that he will be speaking to in coming episodes. I’m ready for the next chapter of enlightenment!
2020: Ryan does a great job in opening a writer’s mind and senses to needed information. Writing is a craft and it is wonderful to have your brain fed with positive energy and words from both Ryan and the many guest writers that he invites on the show. Each episode focuses on encouraging the seasoned and newbie author. Thank you for all of your hard work that benefits all of us!

After stumbling upon Ryan’s awesome podcasts I can tell you I am a fan. I’ve been slowly working my way through the podcasts from the very beginning. I love all the guest writers and the great advice Ryan dishes out. He motivated me to finally put pen to paper and I have 35k words. Thanks again Ryan.

Inspiring and Motivating
After listening to just one podcast I could not drive home fast enough to write this review. Ryan and his wisdom are inspiring and motivational. It was as if he found a way inside my head and turned on the lightbulb. The prolific writer is highly recommended as a tool for writers of all experience.

Absolutely encouraging and inspiring
Started listening a little while ago and without fail, every episode has brightened my writer heart. There’s practical advice and interesting guests, and a reminder that it’s worth finishing and publishing. Fantastic gem of a podcast!

Great podcast!
Ryan does a great job of creating a mixture of inspirational and instructional episodes. I listen to writing/craft podcasts daily and his is always in my lineup. I look forward to every episode.

Lots of good info/advice
The fella who is complaining about it being too religious is incapable of extrapolating from the conversations. There’s plenty to be taken from this podcast. You just have to really listen, hell, even re-listen, there’s a lot that can be applied to your writing practices.

Gives actionable tips!
Awesome podcast! I appreciate that Ryan and his guests give actionable tips instead of merely speaking in theory (such as, here’s 10 things to try in order to write more vs. You should make time to write more). And as a romance writer, I’m so glad he has had many romance writer guests!

I actually can’t remember how I got introduced to this podcast, but I’m really glad I did. The insights, motivation, and collective wisdom from Ryan Pelton and his guests have been like a shot of adrenaline in my writing arm. Thanks for sharing. I’ll continue listening!

Watch Your Suggestion For Yoga
As a pastor, you should know that yoga is tied to Hinduism which is not Christian based. Any religion that thwarts the word of the Bible is part of the devils objective.
I understand that you want people of all faiths or non-faiths to be a part of the prolific writer, but as a pastor, remain true to Christian beliefs about how the practice of yoga contributes to mental illness and can open the door To the daemonic with its physical symbols and representations.

A Must for Every Writer
Whether you are interested in the busines of writing or the creative side (let's face it, any writer needs to know about both) you will find useful information in every episode. The guests are amazingly informative and Ryan Pelton's commentary adds even more value. I subscribed very recently, but afer listening to a couple of the new episodes, I just had to go back and start from the beginning. I've learned so much! The Prolific Writer gave me an entirely new way of looking at writing. I find it highly motivational.

This guy is awesome
Wow. This guy is wonderful. He’s full of information that is actually helpful and presents it in a clear way. His interviews and advice are well-delivered. In an age saturated with people trying to make a quick buck off of you, this guy is both genuine AND provides you with useful information. It’s refreshing. Great podcast— definitely worth a listen for any writer out there!

Helpful and Encouraging
I stumbled onto the Prolific Writer podcast about a year ago and have looked forward to it every time a new episode is released. Ryan is very real, transparent and humble in his own journey as a writer and works hard to bring great guests to the podcast who can help all of us grow in the writing life. I also appreciate how Ryan draws out the most relevant points from his guests for his audience. He's always trying to connect the dots between the guests and the needs of the listener. This is a can't miss show for me!

As a creative I found it valuable to listen to Ryan's podcast. He has guests who have been approaching creativity and writing process differently. It's interesting and inspiring. Ryan's prompting questions make his guests share valuable tips and struggles that we can all learn from.

This is one of my favorite podcasts. I never miss an episode. One of the things that I love most about this podcast is that it is focused on a specific niche. It's for writers who want to write "fast, often and well."
The other writer podcasts that are all about marketing, gaming the self-pub system, or the craft of writing and editing. It seems like many of the other podcasts are by "content marketers" who want to sell you a course, or self-loathing literary snobs that focus on the craft and editing. I often feel discouraged or distracted after listening to those podcasts.
But Ryan's podcast is always encouraging and uplifting. His guests are a mixture of bestsellers and lesser-known writers. But the thing they have in common is that they're all "hard hat" workmen type of authors. I'm a new writer and this podcast has helped me along my journey.
I may never be a NYT bestseller or win any literary awards. But Ryan has given me permission to be a "prolific writer." I can't control becoming a bestseller or winning awards, but I can control "writing fast, often, and well."

I'm glad I found this podcast!
I just recently discovered this podcast because my friend Michael La Ronn was a guest on it. I very quickly appreciated the way the host, Ryan J. Pelton, did the show. He's a very good interviewer and he has a likeable personality. I subscribed to the podcast and have now listened to several episodes. I like it a lot and I'll definitely keep listening.

Great Interviews
I've really enjoyed this podcast so far. Ryan has gotten some interesting guests to come on the show, and he is a skilled interviewer. He asks good questions and elicits answers that I have found to be very helpful in my own writing practice. He is also very likeable, which makes it a pleasure to listen. My favorite new writing podcast!

Excellent Podcast to Learn
This is a great podcast. You hear from different prolific writers and how they write so many books. It's like learning how to write over 100 books. You learn from the best including the podcast host. I've learned that you will always need to finish a project that you start and a whole lot more. I highly recommend this podcast for writers (fiction and nonfiction) if they want to learn how to write more proficiently and prolifically.

A fantastic resource for authors
I've subscribed to plenty of author focused podcasts for a few years now and this is easily one of the best. Great guests, incredibly helpful insights, and best of all zero waffle! Definitely a keeper.
